Public terms are not the customer agreement.
Orders, licences, deployment documentation, and negotiated agreements govern customer obligations.

You may use Indwel’s public websites and public-facing services for lawful business, research, and informational purposes. You are responsible for your use of these services and for information you submit through them.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue public content or services, and we may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
Product and service agreements
Descriptions of Indwel OS, Managed, Dedicated, and Licensed offerings, integrations, examples, diagrams, research, and other public materials are informational. Specific products, services, pricing, service levels, warranties, support obligations, security commitments, data-processing terms, licensing rights, and implementation responsibilities are established by the applicable written agreement.
If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement governing an Indwel product or service, the signed agreement controls with respect to that product or service.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Indwel’s websites or services; interfere with their operation; attempt unauthorized access; circumvent security or usage controls; introduce malicious code or content; impersonate another person or organization; use the services to violate applicable law or third-party rights; or conduct security testing without authorization.
Public Ask Indwel is provided for product and business information. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, accounting, or other regulated advice, and its responses should not be treated as the sole authority for consequential decisions.
Intellectual property
Indwel’s names, marks, software, interfaces, site design, diagrams, documentation, research publications, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No licence is granted except as expressly stated in writing or as necessary to use a public service as intended.
You may link to public pages and make lawful quotations or citations. You may not remove proprietary notices, misrepresent the source of Indwel materials, or imply endorsement or affiliation without authorization.

Public websites and public-facing services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Indwel does not warrant that public content will be complete, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indwel disclaims implied warranties arising from use of the public websites and services. Contracted products and services are governed by the warranties, limitations, and remedies stated in the applicable agreement.

Good-faith security reports may be submitted through the Contact page. Please include the affected surface, reproduction steps, and potential impact, and do not access, retain, alter, or disclose data beyond what is reasonably necessary to describe the issue.
